This actions-tracking program which asks you to begin by establishing your core values, then asks you to follow the S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, assignable, realistic, time-specific) goal-setting method and create tasks.
A task must have a marked input score. The task must be fully completed to earn the full score assigned to that task. Check off achievements and review them in a date-sequenced journal of all of your action-related activities.
Begin by entering the action, or habit, you want to track. Then assign a frequency(n) and a value associated to the action by assigning it a point value. Your total point value can only equal 100 divided by the number of tasks you take on for that week. Your score at the beginning of the week will start at zero and will increase as you complete actions. If you complete each action entered at the appointed time, you would earn a perfect score of 100 for the week.
